Service Description

Auto-Renewable Subscriptions

Soari offers the following auto-renewable subscription plans:

  • Main Character Monthly: $11.99/month - Unlimited chats, advanced insights, 2x token earning
  • Main Character Yearly: $99.99/year (Save 30%) - Same benefits as monthly, billed annually
  • Villain Era Monthly: $24.99/month - Exclusive coaches, priority support, 3x token earning
  • Villain Era Yearly: $199.99/year (Save 33%) - Same benefits as monthly, billed annually

Subscription Terms:

  • Length of subscription: 1 month or 1 year, depending on plan selected
  • Price of subscription: As listed above, charged per billing period
  • Auto-renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
  • Payment: Will be charged to your iTunes Account at confirmation of purchase
  • Management: You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your App Store Account Settings
  • Free trial: Any unused portion of a free trial period will be forfeited when purchasing a subscription

User Responsibilities

  • Age: Must be 18+ years old
  • Behavior: No harmful, abusive, or illegal content
  • Security: Protect account credentials
  • Compliance: Follow app guidelines

Acceptable Use

  • Respectful Communication: Maintain respectful interactions with AI and other users
  • No Harassment: Prohibited to use service for harassment or abuse
  • No Illegal Activity: Service cannot be used for illegal purposes
  • Content Guidelines: All user content must comply with community standards

Intellectual Property

  • User Content: You retain rights to your personal content
  • AI Responses: AI-generated content subject to our license terms
  • App Content: Soari owns app design, features, and proprietary technology
  • Trademarks: Soari name and logos are protected trademarks

Payment & Refunds

  • Billing: Subscriptions billed monthly or annually based on selected plan
  • Auto-renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
  • Cancellation: Cancel anytime through your App Store Account Settings after purchase
  • Refunds: Refunds handled according to App Store policies
  • Account will be charged for renewal: Within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period
  • Token Purchases: $SOARI tokens are non-refundable

  • User Termination: You may delete your account at any time
  • Service Termination: We may suspend accounts for violations
  • Data Retention: Account data deleted within 30 days of termination
  • Survival: Certain terms survive termination (payments, intellectual property)
